Our promise to you at Fabric Hair Studio, we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to making sure you feel confident and cared for. If you're not fully satisfied with your service, please reach out within 10 days—we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

  • We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another guest.

    Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% fee after two occurrences within a 12-month period.

    Same-day cancellations will require a 50% deposit to reserve your next appointment.

  • If you're running late, please call or text us as soon as possible.


    If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure your stylist has enough time to complete your service without impacting other guests.

    • All major credit/debit cards

    • Contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

    • Cash (please note: we do not keep change onsite)

  • We are proud to partner with sustainable haircare brands that are good for your hair, skin, and the environment.

    • Kevin Murphy (Australia): Formulated with skincare-grade ingredients and made using cruelty-free, eco-conscious practices.

  • Give the gift of great hair! Gift cards are available in-salon and online and can be used toward both products and services.

  • We offer free parking in our private lot and on the surrounding streets.

  • If you’re feeling unwell or have a fever, please reschedule your appointment. We ask that you be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning to the salon.

  • We want you to feel confident in your service provider!

    • Junior Stylist: Licensed stylists currently enrolled in our apprenticeship program. They only provide services they’ve been fully trained in.

    • Stylist: Experienced professionals with a growing client base.

    • Lead Stylist: Highly experienced and in-demand professionals who are often booked well in advance.

  • As per Oregon Health Authority regulations, pets (including emotional support animals) are not permitted in the salon.


    Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are welcome.

  • We offer haircuts for children aged 5–12. Please note:

    • These haircuts do not include a wash—please have your child arrive with clean, detangled hair.

    • We do not provide chemical services to children under 13.

    • For those 13 and up, we offer full haircut services including wash and style.

    • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during their appointment.

    We kindly ask that children only visit the salon when they have a scheduled appointment. For safety and insurance reasons, we’re unable to accommodate children under 12 as guests during your service.

    This policy helps us maintain a calm and safe environment for everyone. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

    • Services are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your service, please contact salon management—we’re here to help.

    • Retail products may be returned within 30 days if they are unopened, lightly used, or defective.

Our Privacy Policy

We only collect the information necessary to run our salon efficiently.

  • We do not collect or store credit card information to book appointments.

  • We will never sell or share your information outside of essential business operations.

  • Your data is stored securely and password-protected.

  • You can update your personal information and messaging preferences at any time.
